By using the Psychometricks website ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Accounts are for adults: a parent or guardian, or an adult learner. When you create an account you confirm that you are 18 or over. Children use Psychometricks through a parent's or guardian's account, and the account holder is responsible for how the account is used.

Psychometricks is an independent practice resource: reasoning and admissions-test practice questions with worked explanations. Every question is written or generated by Psychometricks.We do not use questions from any real test, and nothing on the Site is an official, past or "real" exam question.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any test publisher, exam board, school or consortium. Test names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe which tests our practice covers.

Practice helps a candidate become familiar with question types; it does not predict or guarantee any test result, admission or place. Any score, percentile or comparison we show is relative to people who use Psychometricks, not to the candidates who sit the real test.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the Site. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect a paid plan.

Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they are, before you pay we will show you, separately and clearly, the price, how often you will be charged, and the minimum total you commit to, and ask you to confirm them. In line with the UK's subscription rules we will also:

• remind you before a renewal payment — at least every six months, and before each annual renewal or the end of any free or discounted trial;
• give you 14 days to cancel after you first subscribe, and again after each renewal, with a notice explaining how;
• let you cancel online, in a way no harder than signing up — not only by email.

If you cancel within a 14-day cancellation period you may be charged a fair amount for the part of the plan you have used. Prices, taxes and the currency will be shown before you buy. Payments will be handled by a payment provider; we will not store your card details.

You agree not to:

• share your account with people outside your household;
• copy, republish, sell or distribute our questions, explanations or diagrams, or use them to build another product or train a machine-learning model, without our written permission;
• use scrapers, bots or other automated tools to access the Site or extract its content;
• try to get round access controls, limits or the paywall;
• upload or send anything unlawful, harmful or infringing.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

The questions, explanations, diagrams and other material on the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study, or to support a child in your care. No other rights are granted.

Every question is checked automatically and reviewed before it is published, but mistakes can still happen. If you think a question or explanation is wrong, please tell us at [contact email — to be confirmed]. We review every report.

The Site is provided with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services and digital content that these terms do not affect.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in advance by email or on the Site, and if you have a paid plan you may cancel before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, or in another country, you keep any consumer rights and protections the law of your home country gives you, and may bring proceedings there.
